TravelOutlook.com is seeking full-time reservations agents. You must have prior hotel reservations experience. This is a professional work-from-home opportunity. You will receive reservation requests and inquiries from multiple hotels in Seattle and the surrounding area.
You must commit to 40 hours per week during set shift hours for consideration. Compensation is an hourly fee, plus commission on sales. Bonuses are available for agents who excel. From the ad:
You must have the following equipment and services at your home location:
· A Windows XP or Vista compatible computer system.
· A valid company-approved DSL/broadband internet service with minimum broadband capacity of 1.5Mb up/1 Mb down service speed
· A licensed static Internet Protocol (IP) address as assigned by approved Internet Service Provider (ISP).
· A valid POP3-based email application such as Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, or other Company-approved POP3 email application.
Other job requirements include:
· Knowledge of basic hotel operation and services
· Must reside near the Seattle or Portland area
· A quiet home work environment
· Strong customer service skills
· Ability to attend paid training sessions
