JR MEDIA SERVICES, INC. is currently looking for experienced steno-based real-time caption writers to create English closed captions for live TV broadcast programming. Both full and part-time positions are available.
Requirements (from ad):
Must have experience with live captioning.
Must possess a high degree of proficiency in machine shorthand skills.
Must have excellent English grammar, comprehension, and spelling skills.
Must be able to listen and concentrate for extended periods of time.
